Backwater houseboats, misty tea gardens and Ayurvedic calm, all in one unhurried week.

High passes, turquoise lakes and ancient monasteries for the soul-searching traveller.
Ladakh is a high-altitude desert of impossible blues and ochres — Buddhist monasteries clinging to cliffs, turquoise lakes at 14,000 feet, and some of the world's highest motorable roads.
Our Ladakh expedition is paced for proper acclimatisation, moving from Leh to the dunes of Nubra Valley, the surreal Pangong Lake and the dizzying Khardung La pass.
Fly into Leh and rest to acclimatise to the altitude.
Shanti Stupa, Leh Palace, Thiksey and Hemis monasteries.
Cross Khardung La to the Nubra Valley; camel ride on the Hunder dunes.
Scenic drive to Pangong Lake; overnight by the lakeshore.
Sunrise at the lake, then return to Leh via Chang La pass.
Magnetic Hill, Sangam confluence and Gurudwara Pathar Sahib.
Transfer to Leh airport.
